■用途：
DF-175激光烧蚀胶片，是一种减少制版工序，提高效率，减少排放的绿色环保的产品。能够取代银盐胶片，用于传统柔性版制版。胶片具有密度大，挺度好，烧蚀感光度合适的特点。
DF-175激光烧蚀胶片是我公司自主研发的、适合于激光波长为830nm和1064nm的柔性数码版成像机CDI。
■主要性能特点：
应用尺寸稳定性良好、厚度为7mil(0.175mm)的聚酯片基；
药膜面上覆保护膜，保护黑膜在烧蚀前不被划伤造成缺陷。
高反差、高分辨率、高密度；分辨率可以达到175LPI。
线条再现性好、清晰度高；
合适的烧蚀感光度。
明室使用。
■规格（米）：1.27×30；0.6×30或者根据客户要求，裁切散叶片。
■包装：
散叶片盒装，或卷装。
■启封与安全灯：
本胶片对可见光不敏感。使用时应小心因摩擦、折叠、油渍、指纹等因素造成胶片的损害。特别是烧蚀前，揭除保护膜后，黑膜面不要接触硬物，否则，容易划伤膜面。
■烧蚀感光度：
本胶片的烧蚀感光度，因不同的红外线波长和激光能量的不同而有差别。正常生产前，需要测试确定合适的烧蚀感光度。在1064nm的CDI和830nm的CDI上，烧蚀感度区别较大。不同型号的机器上也有区别。艾司科的CDI，建议使用配套的真空抽气膜，可以避免导气槽痕成像于胶片的烧蚀部分。也可以使用磨砂胶片（传统柔版的红膜上揭除的胶片）代替真空抽气膜，但略微不便。
■尺寸稳定性：
它是指感光材料由于湿度和温度的变化、以及老化引起的尺寸变化。本胶片使用0.175mm厚度聚酯片基，随着环境温、湿度的变化，胶片的尺寸可在长度和宽度方向上也会有一定的变化。

■储存：
干冷保存，储存温度应低于20℃，相对湿度小于65%。
避免受溶剂等有害物质的侵蚀。
■保质期：
